To explain the “Great as always” remark. This is our fourth vacation week with Culture Discovery. We have enjoyed Soriano (2013), Chianti and Borolo in the Piedmont area (2015), and now Bologna (2017). Each week was different in cuisine and culture; the most common thread was it was a week with new friends and fun. Believe me they had to be very good at what they do for us to return. The staff is excellent fun and ready to help with questions or find items you may be seeking. The cooking classes are fun, educational and delicious. They can accommodate diet restrictions when notified. In some ways they have spoiled us in that we judge other vacation venues against our time with CDV. The weeks can be very busy but you can skip an activity and go on your own or relax. Accommodations, meals, and transportation are included. On your own is on you. It’s a great cultural experience, delicious and lots of fun.
